Privacy policy
Oasis collects personal data through the two forms on the site and the two optional surveys we offer once you've submitted one. We use no profiling cookies, and we neither sell nor share your data with third parties.
- What we collect
- From the visitor form: your email address only. From the business form: business name, type, area, contact name, email or phone, and an optional message.
- Why we use it
- To tell you when the first stop opens, and to get back to businesses interested in the pilot. Nothing else.
- How long we keep it
- Up to two years from submission, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Who we share it with
- No one, apart from the technical provider hosting the form, acting as our data processor.
- The surveys
- Once you've submitted, we offer an optional survey hosted on Google Forms: Google collects the answers on our behalf, under its own privacy policy. The visitor survey asks for nothing that identifies you; the business one asks for a contact only if you'd like us to get back to you. So the survey link stays within reach, your browser keeps the date you submitted in local storage: nothing else, and it never leaves your device.
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@oasishubs.it.
